A: Unfortunately, we do not offer collections. All orders are dispatched from our third-party warehouse and delivered via courier to your specified address. However, special concessions can be made subject to arrangement with our sales team.

A: Our administrative office is in Cape Town and is not open to the public. All products are stored in a third-party warehouse and delivered directly to customers via courier.

Q: Do you do brand and printing on your matting?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently offer branding or printing on our mats.

A: Yes, we do. Please contact us with your dimensions and we’ll confirm if your desired product is available in a custom cut.
Q: Does the EVA Foam come with edging?
A: Yes, EVA foam tiles generally include edging pieces. You can view all options in our EVA Foam Tiles collection
Q: How many tiles in a set of EVA Foam?
A: EVA foam tiles are sold in a set of 4 tiles including 8 pieces of edging. 1 tile = 60x60cm. 1 set (4 tiles) = 1.45m2
Q: How many tiles in a set of Tatami Mats?
A: Tatami mats are sold per piece. 1 Tile is 1m2 and includes 4 pieces of edging.
Q: What thickness of rubber mat do I need for a gym?
A: For general home gym use, 10–15mm is ideal. Heavier commercial gym equipment may require 20mm or thicker rubber flooring. Explore our gym flooring collection for options by thickness.
Q: Do you supply edging for the gym tiles?
A: We unfortunately do not supply edging for the gym tiles currently. However, please feel free to contact our sales team for potential solutions.
Q: Do the interlocking gym mats come with edging?
A: Our interlocking gym tiles are not supplied with edging.
Q: Are your gym tiles weather-resistant?
A: All Sports & Gym Flooring is meant for indoor- and covered outdoor use only. For outdoor Gym Tiles we would advise our Playground Tiles as they are water permeable.
Q: Can I use these mats on tiled or uneven floors?
A: We do not recommend installing the tiles on uneven surfaces. For best results, we suggest consulting with a professional installer.
Q: Do you provide silicone hoses in specific sizes?
A: We stock a range of silicone hoses in various sizes – we only supply the sizes displayed on our website. Please send us the required internal diameter and length, and we’ll check availability for you.
