Exchanging or returning an order

You can exchange or return your order within 14 business days. The return time period starts on the day after the order is delivered. You need to complete the return form and add this to the product(s) being returned. You can download the return form from our website.

During the period of repeal, we ask and expect you kindly to handle the products and packaging with the utmost care. You can unpack and test the product only to a degree necessary to get a good impression of the product. When exchanging or returning a product we expect the product to be returned including all accessories, and in original condition and packaging. Products which have been damaged by your use or are otherwise unsellable, will be charged to you.

In case of returning the order, you will be responsible for making all necessary transport arrangements and payment of all transport costs involved to our warehouse location as shared with you to return the goods to.

The buyer assumes the risk of return deliveries. This implies that Rubberonline is not responsible for the damage or loss of return deliveries. We recommend you to always ask your courier or transporter for a tracking code and keep it in a safe place.

In the situation of receipt of an incomplete product(s) and/or order or the wrong product(s) and/or order, we will of course make all necessary arrangements for a new delivery or return of the order for our expenses and do our best to limit your inconvenience. In this situation you need to contact us within 7 business days after delivery was accepted.

Products which are tailor made cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returned article status

As soon as we receive your return order, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt and if possible, your credit note. We only process return orders which include a fully completed return form and packing list or (copy) invoice. You can download the return form from our website and print it for completion.

Consider that the return process of an article / order can take up to 21 working days. If the order has been paid for, the refund time depends on your method of payment method. Should you not have paid yet, your payment commitment expires after the processing of the return.

Transport damage

First, it is of the utmost importance that you NEVER should take receipt and acceptance of a damaged package or parcel. In case the courier or transporter delivers a damaged package or parcel, you can refuse receipt and acceptance of the package or parcel. In this situation you need to contact us within 7 business days after receipt.

In case you do receipt and accept the delivered order and the product turns out to be damaged, you need to get in contact with our customer service within 36 hours via phone or email for further processing.

Note: In case you do decide to receipt and accept a damaged package or parcel (e.g. because at first glance the damage looks minor, like a small scratch), then please indicate accordingly on the waybill receipt that the package was damaged. Should the product then turn out to be damaged as well, we will be able to process your claim quicker. In this case you should also contact our customer service within 36 hours.
