Acacia Wood Deck Tiles for Patios and Balconies

These wood deck tiles give patios, balconies, terraces and seating areas a natural wooden finish. Each tile combines a 12 mm acacia wood surface with a 12 mm plastic click base. Therefore, the total tile thickness is 24 mm.

The interlocking base holds the tiles together and keeps the wooden surface raised from the floor below. This structure also leaves space below the tiles for water to move away. For the best result, install the tiles on a clean, level and stable surface.

You can use the tiles indoors or outdoors. For example, they work well on concrete, existing tiles and other firm paved surfaces. However, do not place them directly on soft, loose or uneven ground.

30×30 Interlocking Deck Tiles with Artificial Grass

The 30 x 30 cm wood deck tiles use the same click system as our 30 x 30 cm artificial grass tiles. You can connect both tile types in one floor layout.

For example, use the grass tiles to create a green border or a separate seating zone. Then use the acacia tiles for the main walking or dining area. Both products come in boxes of ten tiles and cover 0.9 m² per box.

The 50 x 50 cm wood deck tiles do not connect directly to the 30 x 30 cm artificial grass tiles. Therefore, only combine the grass tiles with the 30 x 30 cm wood version.

How to Install Interlocking Wood Deck Tiles

You can install the tiles without permanent fixing on a suitable surface. First, check that the floor is stable, clean and level. Also make sure that rainwater can drain away.

1. Measure the total floor area.
2. Choose the tile size, pattern and colour.
3. Clean the existing floor and remove loose dirt.
4. Start in a straight corner or along a fixed edge.
5. Align the plastic connectors.
6. Press the tiles together until the click system locks.
7. Continue one row at a time.
8. Check the pattern and direction before completing each row.

Maintain FSC Acacia Wood Deck Tiles

Acacia is real wood. Therefore, regular care helps maintain its colour and surface.

Clean the tiles with a soft brush or cloth. Remove leaves and dirt from the gaps so water can continue to drain. Avoid leaving standing water or wet debris on the wood for long periods.

Treat the wood with suitable wood floor oil once or twice per year. Clean and dry the surface first. Then apply the oil according to the instructions supplied with the maintenance product.
